Imec Services Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees

Imec Services Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees following the resignation of Ms. Kamna Talreja as an Independent Director. Ms. Anjali Jain has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Woman Director, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the immediate reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee. Mr. Negendra Singh will chair all three committees, with Ms. Anjali Jain and Mr. Rajesh Soni serving as members.
