HCP Investments has disclosed the disposal of 6,503,423 equity shares of Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd., representing 7.5% of the target company's total paid-up share capital. This transaction, conducted via open market from April 13 to April 16, 2026, has reduced HCP Investments' holding in Ind-Swift Laboratories from 8.649% (7,500,000 shares) to 1.149% (996,577 shares). The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
