Ind-Swift Labs Signs ₹40 Cr MOU for Warehouse Construction

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Him Infratech Private Limited for the construction of a warehouse facility. The facility, to be built on the company's leasehold land in Derabassi, Punjab, will have a capacity of 11,000 pallets for storing raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods. The estimated contract cost is approximately ₹40 Crore. This development is expected to enhance the company's storage and logistics infrastructure, leading to improved operational efficiencies. The construction is slated to be completed within 300 days, excluding exigencies. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
