Nutricircle Signs R&D MoU with Institute of Chemical Technology

Nutricircle Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, on July 24, 2026. This collaboration aims to establish a framework for Sponsored Ph.D. Research Agreements focused on Research and Development (R&D) programs in areas of mutual interest. The primary objective is to develop a scalable process for the extraction, purification, concentration, and commercialization of functional proteins from vegetable market biomass. Nutricircle will provide project funding of INR 26,82,800, payable based on specified milestones. The agreement also outlines provisions for intellectual property rights and confidentiality.
