Nutricircle Ltd Signs MoU with Tripura Govt for BioNutrition Valley

Nutricircle Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Industries, Government of Tripura, to establish a BioNutrition Valley. This initiative aims to manufacture plant proteins, functional food ingredients, and bio-based products using circular bioeconomy practices. The project is expected to add value to agricultural produce, foster sustainable industrial development, enhance farmer incomes, and generate employment. The proposed investment for this venture is estimated to be between ₹100 Crore and ₹130 Crore. The MOU is valid for 12 months and may be extended by mutual agreement. Nutricircle will be responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, while the Tripura government will facilitate the process.
