Indag Rubber Appoints Cost & Internal Auditors for FY27

Indag Rubber Limited's Board, following the Audit Committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of M/s. Shome & Banerjee as Cost Auditors and M/s. Ernst & Young LLP as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. These appointments are effective from April 1, 2026. The remuneration for the Cost Auditors will be subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. M/s. Shome & Banerjee bring 58 years of experience in cost audit and consultancy, while Ernst & Young LLP is a global firm specializing in risk consulting and operational efficiency.
