Negotiations on the definitive settlement agreement are substantially concluded, with the company authorizing its execution. The settlement, subject to final execution and court approval, does not admit liability. The maximum settlement fund is approximately USD 4.72 million, calculated at USD 250 per eligible fax/claim. The actual payout depends on the number of valid claims submitted.
