India Cements Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on July 18, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, i.e., up to July 20, 2026.
