M Amarnath Sells 2 Lakh Shares of India Cements Capital

M Amarnath and Mrs. Vidya Amarnath, representing Paterson & Co., have disclosed the sale of 2,00,000 equity shares of India Cements Capital Ltd. The transaction, conducted via open market sale on July 15, 2026, reduced their holding from 42,00,000 shares (19.35% of total equity) to 40,00,000 shares (18.42% of total equity). The total paid-up equity share capital of the company remains 2,17,06,200 shares. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
