M Amarnath and Mrs. Vidya Amarnath, acting through Paterson & Co., have disclosed the sale of their entire holding of 40,00,000 equity shares in India Cements Capital Limited. This transaction represents 18.42% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. The sale was conducted via an off-market transaction on July 17, 2026. Following the sale, their shareholding in the company is now NIL. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
