India Cements Ltd to Announce FY2026 Financial Results on 25th April, Trading Window Closed

India Cements Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 25th April 2026 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the year ending 31st March 2026. In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected / Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 15th April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, i.e. up to 27th April 2026. All Connected / Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the Company’s securities during the said period.
