India Cements: Trading Window Closure

India Cements Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., up to July 20, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct and pertains to the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, during the board meeting scheduled for July 18, 2026.
