India Glycols Fixes Sept 1 Effective Date for Scheme of Arrangement

India Glycols Ltd has announced the fixation of the Effective Date and Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement. The Effective Date is set for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, which is when the scheme will be filed with the Registrar of Companies. The Record Date is Wednesday, September 2, 2026. This date will determine the shareholders eligible for allotment of shares in the resulting companies: Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (EBL) and IG L Spirits Limited (IGSL). EBL will issue one equity share of face value ₹5 for every three equity shares held in India Glycols. IGSL will issue one equity share of face value ₹5 for every one equity share held in India Glycols. The shares of both resulting companies are planned for listing on NSE and BSE.
