India Glycols: Senior Managerial Personnel Transfer to Subsidiary

India Glycols Ltd has announced the transfer of Shri Akshay Bansal, Head- Sales & Marketing of Ennature Biopharma Division, to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (EBL). Consequently, Mr. Bansal ceased to be a Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) of India Glycols Ltd from July 30, 2026. EBL has appointed Mr. Bansal as Additional Director (Executive Director) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from July 31, 2026, for a term of five years. This change is part of a Scheme of Arrangement involving India Glycols, EBL, and IGL Spirits Limited. Mr. Bansal brings 26 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and nicotine industries.
