Isisales India Private Limited and associated parties have disclosed the sale of 378,209 equity shares in India Homes Limited, representing approximately 0.095% of the total share capital. This transaction was conducted via an off-market transfer between August 12, 2026, and August 14, 2026. Following the sale, the total shareholding of Isisales India Pvt Ltd and other promoters in India Homes Limited has slightly decreased from 34.252% to 34.176%. The total equity share capital of India Homes Limited remains at 398,080,925 shares before and after the transaction.
