Catalyst Trusteeship Pledges 3.19% of Embassy Developments Shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 4,43,65,440 equity shares of Embassy Developments Limited. This represents 3.19% of the total share capital and 3.15% of the diluted share capital. Following this creation, the total encumbered shares held by Catalyst Trusteeship on behalf of debenture holders now stand at 22,44,71,130, accounting for 16.14% of the total share capital and 15.92% of the diluted share capital. The pledge was created between September 8 and September 9, 2026.
