Embassy Developments Appoints Neel Virwani as Chief Business Officer

Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) announced the appointment of Neel Virwani as Chief Business Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Virwani, a promoter and part of the next generation of leadership at Embassy Group, has been with the group since April 2024, focusing on strategic planning and business development. In his new role, he will oversee EDL's operations in North and West India, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and National Capital Region (NCR), driving portfolio expansion and new business initiatives. This appointment aligns with EDL's growth plans, which target approximately ₹6,000 crore in pre-sales from owned developments and ₹2,000 crore from development management projects in FY27, with an 11-project launch pipeline valued at approximately ₹19,800 crore.
