Indian Hotels Appoints S R B C & CO LLP as Statutory Auditor

Indian Hotels Company Ltd has appointed M/s. S R B C & CO LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 126th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027 until the conclusion of the 131st AGM in 2032. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on May 11, 2026, is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. S R B C & CO LLP replaces M/s BSR & Co. LLP, whose second term concludes at the 126th AGM.
