IRCTC Appoints Rajneesh Narain as CFO and KMP

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) announced the appointment of Shri Rajneesh Narain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 14, 2026. Shri Narain, who holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance), brings over thirty years of experience in the Coal Industry, including prior roles as Director (Finance) at Northern Coalfields Limited and CFO of Chhattisgarh East Railway Limited. His expertise spans accounting, taxation, fund management, and strategic thinking.
