IRCTC Appoints Rajneesh Narain as CFO and KMP

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) announced the appointment of Shri Rajneesh Narain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on July 14, 2026. Shri Narain, who is also the Director (Finance) at IRCTC, brings over thirty years of experience in the Coal Industry, including prior roles as Director (Finance) at Northern Coalfields Limited and heading the corporate accounts team at South Eastern Coalfields Limited. He also served as CFO for subsidiary companies of SECL for six years. His appointment is effective from July 14, 2026.
