IRCTC Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in IRCTC shares, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
