IRFC Appoints Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd (IRFC) has announced the appointment of two firms, M/s GSA & Associates LLP and M/s KGRS & CO, as Joint Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) vide communication dated September 09, 2026. Both firms are established Chartered Accountant entities with extensive experience in audit and consultancy services, serving various public sector undertakings, banks, and corporate clients. This appointment is in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
