Worth Peripherals Ltd announced that its members, at the 30th Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. RS Mantri and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 30th AGM until the conclusion of the 35th AGM in 2031. The firm will conduct secretarial audits for the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31. The firm's proprietor, Mrs. Surabhi Rathi Mantri, has over six years of experience in corporate law and compliance.
