IREDA Appoints Manoneet Dalal as Independent Director for 3 Years

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) announced the appointment of Shri Manoneet Dalal as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its Board. The appointment, made by the President of India via the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, is effective from August 18, 2026, for a term of three years or until further orders. Shri Dalal is a legal and financial professional with over 20 years of experience in taxation, financial consulting, legal advisory, public administration, and technology. He holds an LL.M. from NLSIU, Bengaluru, and has previously worked with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. He has also contributed to public policy research and authored books on taxation and international trade law. Shri Dalal has confirmed he is not debarred from holding a director's office.
