IREDA: C&AG Comments on FY26 Audited Financials

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) has submitted the comments of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) on its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The C&AG's supplementary audit, conducted under Section 143(6)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, found no significant issues that would warrant comments or supplements to the statutory auditors' report. The report confirms that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with the prescribed financial reporting framework, and the statutory auditors' opinion was based on independent audits.
