Indian Terrain Fashions Appoints J Suresh, Reappoints Key Directors

Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 21, 2026, appointed Mr. J Suresh as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive, Independent Director category for a five-year term, effective immediately. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal as Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director, and Mr. Charath Ram Narismhan as Managing Director & CEO, both for three-year terms effective August 8, 2026, with revised remuneration. All appointments and re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Additionally, the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee were reconstituted.
