Indian Terrain Fashions Board Appoints New Director, Re-appoints Key Executives

Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 21, 2026, approved several key management changes. Mr. J Suresh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term, effective immediately. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal as Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director, and Mr. Charath Ram Narsimhan as Managing Director & CEO, both for a period of three years starting August 8, 2026, with revised remuneration. All these appointments and re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot, for which April 24, 2026, has been fixed as the cut-off date. Additionally, the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee were re-constituted, with Mr. J Suresh joining both committees.
