Indigo Paints Sets Sep 4 Record Date for Final Dividend

Indigo Paints Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 12, 2026. The company also fixed Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The final dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
