IndiGrid Director Completes Tenure, Steps Down

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust announced the cessation of Mr. Tarun Kataria as an Independent Director of its Investment Manager, IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited. His tenure concluded on October 28, 2026, upon completing the maximum permissible term. Consequently, Mr. Kataria also stepped down from his roles as Chairperson of the Board, Audit Committee, and Investment Committee, and as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration, Allotment, and ESG & CSR Committees. The trust expressed appreciation for his contributions.
