Indiqube Spaces to Invest ₹35 Cr in SaiEdge Realty

Indiqube Spaces Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty Private Limited. The investment will be made through the subscription of equity shares and/or convertible securities, potentially acquiring up to 49% of SaiEdge's fully diluted share capital, subject to definitive agreements. The board meeting also noted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan and approved the appointment of Mr. Ishwar Subramanian as an Additional Director (Independent Director). The Audit Committee of the Board has been reconstituted.
