Indiqube Spaces Appoints Ishwar Subramanian as Independent Director

Indiqube Spaces Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ishwar Subramanian as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective October 19, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and is recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Subramanian will serve until the ensuing General Meeting or for three months, whichever is earlier. The Board also recommended his appointment for a five-year term from October 19, 2026, to October 18, 2031. Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan as Independent Director. The Audit Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Ishwar Subramanian as Chairperson. Additionally, the company approved an investment of up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty Private Limited.
