Inditalia Refcon seeks shareholder approval for Director re-appointment

Inditalia Refcon Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vipul Rajendrabhai Gandhi as a Director. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders through a Special Resolution at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 28, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's Report and the draft Notice of the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and considered the Secretarial Audit Report.
