According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Aneel Jain has acquired 3,000 shares of Indo City Infotech Ltd. (ICIL) through the open market. This acquisition represents 0.03% of the total voting rights and share capital of ICIL. The acquisition was made on 16th March 2026, and the total equity shares of ICIL stand at 10,400,000 after the acquisition.
