Indo Rama Synthetics Appoints 2 New Independent Directors, Re-constitutes Committees

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Ambika Sharma (DIN 08201798) and Mr. Atim Kabra (DIN 00003366) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. These appointments, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, were approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on July 27, 2026. Shareholder approval for these appointments will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board has re-constituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders and Relationship Committee to reflect the new board composition and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Mrs. Ambika Sharma's first term is for five years, from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2031.
