Sansera Engineering: Two Independent Directors to Retire July 27, 2026

Sansera Engineering Ltd has announced the retirement of two Independent Directors, Mr. Muthuswami Lakshminarayan and Mrs. Ashok Revathy, effective July 27, 2026, upon completion of their stipulated tenures. Both directors are completing their second five-year term. The retirement will lead to a reconstitution of various board committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. The company has provided details of the new committee compositions effective July 28, 2026.
