Sansera Engineering Settles Metaldyne Lawsuit for $2M

Sansera Engineering Ltd has entered into a Confidential Release and Settlement Agreement with Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc. to resolve a civil suit filed by Metaldyne. The company will pay $2,000,000 to Metaldyne by July 30, 2026, as a full and final settlement, without admitting any liability. The financial exposure is expected to be mitigated through insurance. This litigation was previously disclosed in the company's prospectus dated September 17, 2021. Apart from the settlement payment, there are no other material financial implications for the company.
