Sansera Engineering JV Shareholding Reconstituted to 60:40

Sansera Engineering Limited and Nichidai Corporation have reconstituted the shareholding of their joint venture, Nichidai Sansera Private Limited. Following an allotment of 8,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Nichidai Corporation by Nichidai Sansera Private Limited, Sansera Engineering Limited now holds 60% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital, while Nichidai Corporation holds the remaining 40%. This update follows earlier intimations regarding the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement and the incorporation of the subsidiary.
