Indo Tech Transformers Appoints G Balu Associates as Internal Auditor

Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has appointed M/s G Balu Associates LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting on May 20, 2026. G Balu Associates LLP, a Chennai-based Chartered Accountancy firm with over three decades of experience, will provide assurance and advisory services.
