Indo Tech Transformers Bags ₹165.55 Cr Order from AP TRANSCO

Indo-Tech Transformers Limited has announced the receipt of purchase orders from Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation Limited (AP TRANSCO) for the supply of 26 Power Transformers. The aggregate value of these orders is INR 165.55 Crores plus applicable taxes. The order includes the supply of 17 units of 80 MVA / 220/33 kV Power Transformers and 9 units of 80 MVA / 132/33 kV Power Transformers. The execution period for all 26 transformers is scheduled between October 2026 and June 2027. The company confirmed that this is a domestic order and does not involve related parties. The transaction is considered a material event due to its significant value in the ordinary course of business.
