Afloat Enterprises Shifts Registered Office; Signs Two MOUs

Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced the shifting of its registered office within Delhi. The company's Board of Directors also approved the execution of two Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). The first MOU is with Dream Media Network Private Limited to explore a potential strategic association, including the acquisition of up to 100% stake. The second MOU is with Alvora Jewels Private Limited for the purchase and sale of jewellery and related products. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of three Non-Executive Independent Directors and approved the reconstitution of various board committees.
