Indo Tech Transformers Bags ₹47.49 Cr Power Transformer Order

Indo Tech Transformers Limited has secured a significant purchase order worth ₹47.485 Crores plus applicable taxes for the supply of four power transformers to Shyam SEL & Power Limited. The order includes two 80/100 MVA and two 130/180 MVA, 220/33 kV power transformers for a steel plant in Eastern India. The execution period for this domestic order is 12 months from the date of drawing approval. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction and is material to the company's business.
