Indo Thai Securities Creditors Meeting on July 24 for Scheme of Arrangement

Indo Thai Securities Ltd (ITSL) has scheduled a meeting for its Unsecured Creditors on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting, directed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Indore Bench, will consider and approve a proposed Scheme of Arrangement between ITSL and Indo Thai Financial Services Limited (ITFSL). Unsecured Creditors on record as of December 31, 2025, are eligible to participate. For creditors whose email addresses are not registered, a web link to the meeting notice and explanatory statement has been provided. Remote e-voting is open from July 20 to July 23, 2026.
