Indo Thai Securities Ltd: Shareholder Meeting on July 24 for Scheme of Arrangement

Indo Thai Securities Ltd has announced a meeting of its Equity Shareholders on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM IST, to be held via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting, convened as per the directions of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Indore Bench, will consider and approve a proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Indo Thai Securities Limited (ITSL) and Indo Thai Financial Services Limited (ITFSL). Shareholders whose email addresses are not registered will receive physical letters with a weblink to access the Notice of Meeting and explanatory statement.
