Indo Thai Securities Executes Debenture Trustee Agreement for ₹100 Cr NCDs

Indo Thai Securities Limited has executed a Debenture Trustee Agreement with Axis Trustee Services Limited on September 11, 2026. This agreement is in connection with the offer, issuance, and allotment of Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to ₹100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only). The NCDs will be issued in one or more tranches on a private placement basis, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws. This follows an earlier intimation dated July 20, 2026, and is in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
