Indo Thai Securities revises dividend record date to Sep 12

Indo Thai Securities Ltd has revised its record date for determining member entitlement to dividends for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The original record date of September 11, 2026, has been changed to September 12, 2026. Additionally, the cut-off date for remote e-voting and AGM voting eligibility has also been revised to September 12, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This announcement follows a previous intimation dated July 20, 2026.
