The deemed venue for the meeting is the company's registered office in New Delhi. The cut-off date for remote e-voting eligibility is Monday, August 24, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from Thursday, August 27, 2026, 10:00 AM, until Sunday, August 30, 2026, 05:00 PM. MUFG Intime India Private Limited will provide the remote e-voting system.
