Trading Window of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd to Close from 1st January, 2026

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd has announced that the trading window will be closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. During the closure, directors, Designated Employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving the securities of the Company. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results.
