Indraprastha Medical Trading Window Closed for Insider Trading

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, KMPs, and employees, from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. During this period, no transactions involving the company's securities will be permitted for insiders and their immediate relatives.
