Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Audited Financial Results

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. During the closure period, all directors, Designated Employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving the securities of the Company. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
