The board of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Harsh Pati Singhania as an Independent Director and the re-appointment of Mr. Salil Singhal, Ms. Vineeta Rai, and Ms. Madhumita Ganguli as Independent Directors for a period of 5 consecutive years each.
